材料：剛蒸好的米飯

具體做法：

1、蒸面5min;

2、把剛出鍋的熱米飯捏一團在手心揉搓;

3、揉搓程度以米飯揉成黏黏的飯團為佳，熱度也涼下來;

4、把米飯團放在鼻頭上開始按摩，不斷的揉搓，動作要輕柔;
